Hoss turns 8 months on Sept 1st. A big boy already pushing 130lbs. He has a very sweet disposition, gentle, playful and obedient. Finishes star puppy class next week and then on to CGC, hopefully a future therapy dog.DSCF2939.jpgDSCF2940.jpgDSCF2944.jpgDSCF2942.jpgDSCF2947.jpg

Nice lloking boy. He'll make a fine therapy dog. What type of therapy work are you planning on doing with him? Kids? Hospital work? Nursing homes?

Ruby, I'd really like to take him to some of the VA hospital's working with wounded warriors, but any place that we can help will work.

He is beautiful!!! Ruger really does look a lot like him. Ruger turned 6 months on the 18th of this month and the last time I weighed him he was 105 pounds but I would guess him to be about 115 now. Wow, what a handsome fella!!!

I was thinking the same thing about Ruger. Both of them have that black diamond shape around their eyes. Reminds me a bit of the Joker from Dark Night.

LOL Voidecho! I am curious about the overbite on Hoss.....Is this something that becomes more pronounced as they grow or something that has been there since he was a pup? He sure is handsome, really handsome. I almost wanted to ask were you got him, thinking Hoss and Sadie would be brother and sister, but being a month a part, that would be impossible;) They just have the same shape of the mask.....

Either way, he sure is a handsome boy. I'm not trying to riddle you with questions but I try to keep an eye on any of the boys around/near Ruger's age just to kinda see where Ruger is going. I am always concerned because, like I said, he came from a BYB. I am beginning to notice that Ruger seems to be bigger than most of the boys his age. He is lean still so I think he is fine but he weighs near Hoss's weight right now at 6 months. I need to meaure him again as I haven't done that in sometime. Rugers daddy was a big old boy but he looked healthy and trim just HUGE and I am hoping that is why Ruger seems to be out growing everyone his age. LOL It just worries me, I suppose, he is my first EM and after realizing I bought him from a BYB, I just try to keep an eye on everything. :)
