I have to disagree. The original Neo Mastini looked pretty much like this one. I'll try not to offend current Neo owners. The old Mastini was much more athletic and muscular with far less skin than todays dog. The extra skin was pushed by the show ring and is breaking the dog down like they have done to the GSD, the boxer, bull dogs and pretty much all the other dogs shown in AKC rings.
Some examples of old style Mastini show muscle and form not skin.

So skiddish never seen a Neo act like that. Also what are the discolorations on his fur, is he mangy?

It looks like it is brindling. Also, I don't think he was being skittish. I think there was a female in heat close by and he was pacing to get to her. He looks a bit different in the video, not as buff and overall a nice looking male if you want the built type.

Here is something to look at. I would consider one of these, if the NEo still looked like this.

actually it kinda looks like it may be a combination of a really shiny coat, the large muscles and a crappy camera. Boy, does he stand like hes terrified or what! eather that or his hips are already going to hell.

thats cuz it is a differnt dog lol but what iam saying it u can get some neo to look like this buff one r close to it:p

I think he's gorgeous. If all Neos looked like this I would have considered getting one. I think a very few lines are still breeding for what they're calling the "old working" variety. I've never seen one IRL though. My only experience with Neos was in the show ring where they all look like they're melting :)
