I am a proud new owner of a beautiful 9 week old cane corso. He is registered ICCF and AKC. However I don't know what color he will be. Does anyone know? I have never seen a fawn this dark. I am not very knowledgeable on colors.
Can you post any more pics (well lighted)? The first pic made me assume that your boy just has tan points, but in the second picture, I could be convinced that he is a carbon fawn (fawn with a carbon overlay) instead, but it's hard to tell since it's so dark.
Not entirely true, I have seen black/tan or Blue/tan registered although that colour scheme isn't one that is register-able. The puppy looks like it could be a heavy carbon but only time will if the carbon will fade out to fawn, otherwise he would be likely considered black with tan points like a rottie.
