Sores between paws

My 1yr English Mastiff has sores between her paws. There on all four paws. I've tried benedryl, amoxicillin, and Epsom salt soaks none of which has helped (3week treatment). Her diet hasn't changed at all and the sores are getting worse and spreading up her leg. They look like huge zits that are bloody and hard as rocks.


Please help give me some advice thanks.
