raw diet? why not rodentpro.com?

So found an issue with my dog food been looking for better choices, reading up on raw diets. wouldn't it be more convenient and cost effective to order from a reptile supplier. I have boas well my wife does lol and she gets quil, rats, rabbits, chickens, genie pigs ect. and for cheap!! would it be wrong to thaw out some animals and feed them to your dogs?

I can buy beef, pork and chicken from the grocery store cheaper than their rats. However, the rabbits look like a good deal.
