Puppy Maturity Questions

Hey when is a Corso mentally mature? At what age is he full height and weight? When does the chewing stop?

At least 2-3 but sometimes up to 5 for growth and height for most mastiffs. Mentally probably at least 2. My EM is almost 2 and she still very much is puppy minded for the most part. Chewing can last past teething if they aren't given proper things to chew.
