Potty Traning :)

I have just started working on potty training Bess and I need some advice. We live in a apartment complex where there is another dog that barks all the time when we are out there, and because of that Bess gets nervous/scared and will not go to the bathroom. I don't really have anywhere else to bring her as the other parts of the lawn belong to the other tenants. Any suggestions?

My only suggestion would be to keep telling her to go potty and treats ! One thing Ive learned from here is TREATS TREATS TREATS and GOOD GIRL!!!! Jenny would get frightened by the neighbour dogs at first but I just kept picking her up and putting her in the grass .... it took a while and alot of patience but eventually, she got used to it and it doesnt bother her any more. I have a bull mastiff and pit/boxer mix in one yard and a Jack russel in the other.
