congrats, Ive been searching/researching breeders around western Canada, as Im looking to get a Cane Corso
in the future. Im sure you know its been really difficult to find a breeder in good standing
you have made my decision a bit more difficult now hahaha

curious, I understand many breeders have a waiting list with yours being a mile long
what is the average time span between being on the list to having the pup? I am looking to get a dog in 1-2 years
I think the hardest part is finding a breeder
thanks
and best of luck, will put this in my favorites as well

:) Yes the search is certainly a difficult one and lots of differing opnions on what a quality breeder is.

Most breeders do have a waiting list before breeding and how soon you are likely to get a puppy from being put on the list depends on how old their dogs are, how old the female is that you would like to have a puppy out of and how often they breed. I would say most kennels have a litter at least once every 2 years some more often some less.

The right dog is worth waiting for but sometimes stuff happens in life and situations change so even those waiting lists are set in stone and we understand this when we add people. We don't assume that to be on one means you are taking a puppy for sure, it is simply us honoring your request to be informed of the litter so you are able to decide if you would like to be on this list for this litter. Sometimes you can get lucky if someone backs out on a litter for one reason or other so if there is a litter that you want in on, ask to have your name put down and if something should happen you might have a shot at it.

Take care and let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Cheers,

So we're looking at a due date around March 10?

Did you ever map the color possibiliites? Curious as to what you could get?

Hi Kelly,

Actually we are probably looking at this weekend to early next week at the latest. I didn't get a chance to map the possibilities (sorry about that, I knew there was something that I was going to try) Will see if I can do it tonight when the girls go to bed but I suspect that since both are brindle that most if not all will be brindle.

Here is a new picture of her today at 56 days...

Wow ... its upon us quickly!!! Well, upon you I should say. We just get to peer thru the internet window. Very excited though.

If you get a chance to map the colors please post what you find. would be interesting to compare the possibilities to reality.

I can't wait to see your babies. Actually I don't think I've ever seen a newborn cc.
