Just picked her up up last night. I am really worried cuz her left eye looks really red and droopy. Almost like her face needs to fill out to even out underneath her eye. Has anyone had this issue. Im not sure its cherry eye. Im going to the vet in an hour hope she is ok.

Hi and hope your puppy is ok. Cherry eye is a tear duct or buldge in the third eyelid. You see a real buldge in the corner of the eye. Our St. Bernard (rescue) had it, vet fixed, and on the way home from vet it popped back out. It is unsightly but usually not a heath problem. I have noticed our EM's eyes look blood shot every once in a while. After I hold her and check eyes they look fine. I think due to some droopage in the lower lids we may notice it more than in other dogs.
