  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

My dog is chewing himself!!!

My mastiff chews the area right in front of his tail whenever he gets anxious. If I tell him to sit somewhere he doesn't want to or be separated from us for a little "dog time", he starts chewing a couple areas on his back or butt. Now he' starting tin chew his paw a well. He chews so hard that you can actually hear it. I always stop him, but he does it when we're gone, and when I come home; those areas are soaking wet with mucus. I think he's on the verge of cutting himself open. Anyone else experience this or is my dog crazy!:D

He's done it for anxiety ever since we got him as a younger pup. He's been to the vet and she checked him for fleas, allergies. It's none of that...seems to be anxiety. Weird. My wife can't stand it! We'll hear this rumble in the back of the house and it's him chewing himself to death!

Give him something else to do..... AKA a kong with something in it or a bone so he doesn't realize he's not with you.
