Misinformation

Omg they are idiots. Just all of them. If you can't afford to AI your dog then you probably shouldn't be doing a breeding in the first place. They aren't renowned for being inexpensive

The owner of the group is very picky. Someone was talking about rawhides and other chewy things. I posted about giving P bully sticks. Someone asked what a bully stick is and I said it's a bull's penis. My comment was deleted. I would assume it was because I used the word penis. lol I could have called it something much worse.

Go back there and tell them your pup likes Rocky Mountain oysters.

I double-dog dare you!

There is a lot of crap on FB, and on the web in general BUT this place is pretty amazing. :) The vest knowledge on here is priceless. Before acquiring my first CC, I was researching the Cane Corso breed, training, issues, etc., and this forum kept popping up with all kinds of valuable info. After cruising the web for a bit I ended up here and just knew this was the place to be. Usually I do not like forums, groups, etc., in general, because of the “dramaâ€, rude comments, and the idiotic advice. However there is plenty of excellent advice and resources on this particular forum. It is obvious that many people on here are serious about their mastiffs, and I really like seeing that, while learning from their expertise and experience. So, once I started reading through all the threads I decided to sign up, and overlook anything that might be resembling drama, rude comments or clueless advice. The great deal of useful information on here certainly outweighs the minute petty stuff. Now, after being here for a few months, I have a very low tolerance for other places, most “advice†they give out is worthless, lacks logic, and makes me shake my head. The misinformation that is out there is staggering. Hopefully, more people will find their way here as they “google†for practical information, since that seems to be the way of the future, and with time misinformation is stomped out. Cheers!

Have fun, to anyone who joins that FB group, maybe you will enlightened some of them out there. ;)

Not even going to bother looking at that FB page. I know the crapshoot that will be spouted already. I've had it all since getting my Max. To the point of people telling me I'm wasting my time training if I don't hit him and mastiffs can't feel pain. Morons.

Think I'll just stick to reading the threads on here if I need a little help.

I've used a McD's burger (plain) as a rare TREAT, but I'd never consider it something to be fed on anything approaching a regular basis.......good grief!
