oh yes I have my hands full! ive been on LNI and go back to work on the 5th of july. Zeus and I have had a lot of bonding time. He does seem to be a little stubborn. and Has his good days and bad days with the crate. Im worried he is going to have extreme separation anxiety once i do go back though. Also He is going to be 11 weeks this thursday. Is he too old for his ears to be cropped? I keep getting mixed answers from google. Thank you guys for the love. I am very curious to see how large he gets. His mother is almost 80lbs and shes the boxer. His daddy who im not sure might be CC or Preca, is about 125-130 and was the runt of the litter. =) Already we have been making so many good memories!!!

I don't know about Corso ears, but boxer ears are usually not done after 12 weeks by any of the breeders I know. I think the kind of crop makes a difference. A show boxer crop is quite a bit different than the crops I see on CC's. He's beautiful, btw. My Oliver (boxer) has exactly the same rich brindle coloring.

I believe corso crops can be done as late as 14 weeks, but the older they are the shorter the crop has to be cause its hard to get the ears to stand.

I'd take him for a good walk and once he is feeling relatively calm expose him slowly to the water. In fact just sit maybe 10 feet from the water on the beach and slowly edge closer, until he decides to go in on his own. This could be within a matter of days as opposed to one day, give him time to get comfortable.

He is definitely getting more and more use to the water. I live on lake stevens Washington state so it's kinda funny to me he prefers the river over the lake. Its growing on him though I mean the little guy is only in his 3rd month. Oh btw guys he was just over 30 lbs on his 3 month which was July 4th how's that sounding for weight? I my vet said and I quote "I would be very astonished to see this dog brake 100 lbs". I believe he will though. And I quote myself "we'll show her Zeus won't we buddy". His basic commands are all learned. Sit, lay, up, shake, bark, come, easy, down, off, etc. The last few and still a work in progress but he is blowing my mind with how smart he is!!!! I'll get some pics up soon
