  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

LOL! What's the dumbest thing your Corso has done?

Well last night it happened! My wife, myself and our dogs were outside on our back patio last night enjoying the evening. The entrance to our house from the backyard has a set of Pella french doors with a wooden screen door that we'll close so the desert breeze can flow into the house at night. (We do this also to hear the phone ring)
Well when we're ready to go in my wife will usually make the statement, "we'll I'm going to go back inside and watch tv". My dogs aparantly can understand english as immediately following her statement, 3 dogs (I've got 2 labs also) come barreling-ass to the door to go inside.
Well our Cane "Bear" was just playing with our small female lab so he was especially frisky. Next thing I know, I see him running at 100 miles an hour like he was shot out of a cannon and right before het gets to the door, he has to do a 90 degree turn and as i hear his big feet shuffling to
get traction, i can feel the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Anyway, right-before I can say, "what the..." He blows completely through the screen door! The whole door is off the slider and just hanging on by the retract spring! Both my wife and I's jaws are on the floor at this point, but, that's not the funny part. After the crash we both leap out of our chairs to see that Bear is now trapped underneath the screen, stretched out like he was caught in a gigantic spider web! His feet are all sprawled out flailing pathetically as he was attempting to get the door off him. (which he did) all my wife and I could do was laugh hysterically ! Don't worry, Bear didn't get hurt whatsoever, just a little freaked-out. That guy is built like a Sherman tank! I'm just curious what you guys have gone through with some of your Canes!!!
Please post em if you got them!!!
- cheers

And no, unfortunately I didn't capture this moment on video...

Hahaha! Bear sounds like a real character!
I can't think of any stories to add right now, but I'm sure I'll think of something later.

Great thread idea!

we have a retractable screen door that our dogs go through all the time lol. Immediately after one goes through it they are careful for about 2 weeks, then boom, they do it again...

My silly puppy gets stuck under the couch atleast once a week. I'll be happy when she gets too big to get under there.

Our male Corso is normally very calm... when he gets over excited he crawls under the bed. Except that now he is 130 lbs, the only part of him that fits under the bed is his head... the rest sticks out.

We have a lot of ring shaped toys and Stella often gets her paw stuck in it as she tries to pull it up, its hard to describe but she has the toy in her mouth and doesnt understand why her paw is lifting up when she lifts up the toy ha. Ill have to get a picture of it.
