  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

Is this guy serious???

I got stuck at the fact that you have to pay extra for a health guarantee. That tells me he's in it for the money despite what he claims.

Puppy layaway, ha! This is a dog, not a TV you can't really afford from Walmart and have to make payments on...

I have several issues with this guy and his breeding but I have to be honest and say that I don't have a problem with the "layaway" program. I would never buy a pup from him because he is definitely in it for the money and some of his "facts" do not add up if you read about the Boerboel. It is really quite scary. :-/

As for ear cropping he actually does not do it any longer. See their about us page all the way to the bottom.

Tail Docking and Ear Cropping We do not dock the tail because the tail is a great way to tell the dogs health and it is part of the dog. However if this is something you want done, we will have the tail docking done by a vet on pre-purchased pups and the price will be added to the bill.
(Ear cropping is no longer offered by us because it is just to crule and painful to the puppy)
All tail docking and ear cropping should be done by us or the vet for the safety of the dog. The reason for this is because all tail docking and ear cropping must be done by a certain age.

I agree he is pushing the breed too hard and so far looks to be in it for the money. Still reading though and will return with other findings.

Wow, So lots of what this guys says has some truth behind it but it is so overloaded with fantasy and embellishments it's hard to believe the truths. The health guarantee is great except that he is charging for it. I checked the BB Pedigree for his Kennel and can't find it, but the dogs he is breeding right now are from well known kennels. Maybe this is a new kennel but his fantasies are going to drag him down.

this guy is not doing anything to help our breed.. to me it sounds like he has done some research online, and found that lukas is a top breeder so he claims his dog has spitsvuur in his pedigree. i think this man should be stopped

I think I only ever saw one picture posted on FB and the guy got a serious flaming from everyone on the page. BBs were never cropped unless the ear was damaged doing protection work or due to other injury in the line of duty. Yes the guy is an issue and he constantly has inconsistencies in his statements. One paragraph says he will not use artificial insemination then just below it he contradicts himself with how it should be done by a trained VET.

I only have about 5 or 6 years in BB research myself and only one year owning one. If you really want to bring this guy to someones attention post your argument on the Facebook Boerboel org pages especially EBBASA and SAB/SABT. He has to get his birth certs from one of the orgs before he can call them a boerboel then his buyers must get appraisal before they can be registered.
