How much Precise Holistic kibble should a 7 week old EM get?

We are in the process of converting your 7.5 week old 9 pound EM Sarge from Purina Large Breed Puppy formula (that the breeder had him on) to Precise Holistic Giant Breed Puppy formula. The Precise bag does not address how much to feed a puppy under 12 weeks or 25 pounds. Right now, he is getting a half cup (moistened) four times a day. So 2 cups a day total. He usually eat it all but on a couple of occasions, he walked away with a little bit of kibble left. Does that seem like too much for him?
