Ruffwear Swamp Cooler vest. It probably wouldn't work for some of the bigger dogs though, simply because I don't know that it's available in a large enough size.

I used a kids garden sprinkler and a pool i freeze 2litre tubs of water and chuck them in they love diving round trying to break them it cools them down whike having fun

Here in NW Pa, we are still in the low 70's for the most part, and we don't have a pool anymore....but we will try the berries in frozen water as a cool treat. Thanks for the tip.
