I don't know about you all but Big Mamma is shedding like mad! I brought home my shedding blade from the stables thank goodness she loved it but I swear I could make a new EM out of all the hair I took off!!!!!:eek:mg:

PLEASE tell me this is a seasonal thing! My boxers don't really shed. My GSD only shed once..........for 365 days.

lol, is weird Aurora went through it last month, was NOTHING like last year! That was crazy. But for 3 weeks I had hair tufts like tumble weeds blowing through the house!

OMG My horse is just as bad!!!! Between him and Mamma I am COVERED in hair!!!!

Uh, yeah, I've got 9 horses and a donkey. But in Tx they shed in Feb so that part is over. I like to invite a horse crazy teenager to help me groom them. The kids love it, and it sure is a help to me.

No fair.... I have no kids wanting to help and shedding is late... I also insist on owning fleece, mostly black and a grey horse... DUH.....

As has been mentioned already lots of grooming is a big help! As soon as I see tuffs forming I reach for the slicker and the rake.!

I deal with shedding In April. I will be sweeping every day. He will also shed after a bath, which reminds me, he is about due.
