Dante's ears were cropped this morning

Hello All.

I am sharing pics of Danté's crop. I am very happy with how it turned out. This is the third Corso whose ears I had cropped and this is by far the best result. His recovery is good so far. I can't wait until the e-collar comes off. As expected, he hates it.

Aww he'll heal up fast though and then the Cone of Shame can come off. Crop looks great, very nice edge and definitely not the "hacked off" look you get with some bad crops. Congratulations!

Thanks Marrow! I'm so glad that you like it. They can be tricky apparently based on the two previous crops that my former vet did for me It's always good to hear that someone besides yourself thinks that the job was done right!

As for the "Cone of Shame" ... I never would have thought about that! :lolbangtable:I called my son in here right away and told him about your comment ... he was like "cone of shame, cone of shame...where have I heard that before?" I was like, come on kiddo! UP! He was like oh, yeah, DOUG! Hahaha ... now we are looking at these next nine days in a whole new light! Thank you for that as well!

When my dog had to wear one of those, it was around Halloween and my kids painted the cone like a daisy and he went Trick-or-Treating with us
