Living in small town not a great deal of selection. Found Blue Wilderness and Wellness Core. Does anyone have any comments as to how good these are and whether a corso at 5 months should be eating puppy, adult or adult large breed? Just way too much to sort out!

Wellness seems to be off the calcium/phosphorous ratio of 1.2:1 having 2.1 to 1.45 is this acceptable?

The calcium level is a little high. If I remember correctly you want it to be between 1.2 and 1.8 ideally. I feed an all life stages food to my 10 month old EM, I found a loop hole for the puppy vs adult food question that way.
