Breeder Visit Tomorrow

I'm heading from Dallas to San Marcos tomorrow to go meet with a breeder that has a pregnant female. I'm super excited since I made the decision a couple of weeks ago that I wanted a Mastiff over a Newfoundland. I've been researching the breed for months (and asking countless questions here, thanks for the scoop) so I'm hoping this will be the one! She has been breeding for years but only does a litter every few years, does all the OFA checks and everything sounds good. If the site visit goes well and I like what I see I may have a puppy on the ground in the next few weeks! Then the long painful 8 weeks for weaning. ray: Hoping everything goes well and I'll have baby pics soon!

Congrats, that is very exciting news!! Waiting is the absolute worst...I feel for you!! And good choice on the breed, I'm assuming you mean an OEM when you say mastiff?

Good luck on your visit have fun and ask lots of questions. Sometimes it helps to write them all down so that you won't forget once you get there and start to get some mastiff lovins
