Belly/ leg rash?

I don't know what is up with the fleas. Both frontline doses we used for the last two months haven't worked. I guess maybe what brought them back was going to my parents with her three farm dogs. I vacuum daily and wash his bedding + give him dawn then oatmeal baths every week. Ordered some DE so that should help as well, I hope.

Use something besides Frontline next time, its usually a good one for fleas, but they CAN develop resistance to the meds and that may be part of the problem.
