Another skin issue

Hey guys,
Just wanted to get some advice and see if anybody has seen something like this before. I gave Sofia a bath last Thursday and brush her when she was still a bit damp. I used the same shampoo and conditioner that I have used in the past. She itches ones in awhile but nothing to big that I have noticed. But yesterday I noticed that she has these bumps on her body under her fur. They aren't huge bumps, probably the size of those little metal balls you see in games. When I look at them they almost seem like scabs. Well this morning I looked close at one bear her butt and it looked a clump of fur with I thought a tic, but when I pulled it off it was just a scab that I pulled off with a clump of fur that came out also. The fur came out a lot easier then I would have expected. Here's a crappy pic I tried to take of what I pulled off. Any ideas, before going to the vets? I was thinking of rubbing some coconut oil on some of them to see if it helps.

Really hard to see in the pic. My guess would be an allergy to something new and she has scratched it raw. Have the chemicals changed in the shampoo and conditioner? Has anything changed at home, i.e. new detergent, new carpet freshener?

If in some places to seems like patches and crusty it could be fungus based. If so, you can purchase Hexadene over the counter which should clear it up after a week or two.

If you think it could be caused by your shampoo, try the dishwashing detergent "Dawn Purple with Olay". Diluted it's a really good dog shampoo and has the benefit of killing fleas. Theres lots of information on the internet about it.

If she is still wet there is no need to dilute it at all. But if you are concerned you could rinse her with the ACV wait a minute or 2 then sort of rinse her with water but not all the way. The ACV is not strong enough burn her skin.
