Acana - Need a Change or Mix It Up

Ok, some of you already know of Rudy and I. Next week he will be 7 months and for the past 2 months he has been on Acana's Pacifica (chose this blend as he appears sensitive to poultry and the Pacifica has the suggested calcium:phosphorus ratio for young growing large pups). His stool is good one day and not the next. I want to stick with Acana but having limited options with regards to poultry and calcium/phosphorus I am not sure which one to choose. I thought about the Duck singles or Grasslands in order to meet suggested calcium:phosphorus but there we go again it has the (bird, poultry etc).

Thoughts are to mix Pacifica with Ranchlands (Ranchlands analysis seems very high in calcium phosphorus). Anyone apposed to Ranchlands for a 7 month old?

I've seen a lot of positive comments on Ranchlands but is this a big no no at the stage in Rudy's life of 7 months.

Thank you again'

I agree, the Ranchlands calcium is quite high for a puppy. Have you tried adding 1 tablespoon of pumpkin (not the pie filling) to his food?

Titan eats the Pacifica as well and his stool is soft some of the time but he also eats 50% raw so he's getting some bone in his diet, so I up his bone content to prevent soft stool. I'm thinking of changing his food. I've tried the Ranchlands and he did not want to eat it.
