The uk has had a ban on this and other breads for over 10 years, which has not decreased the number of dog attacks, in fact the number of reported attacks has increase in the last years, now they have introduced new guidelines increasing jail time, making the owners pay for there lack of training or supervision of there dogs or promoting dangerous behavior, they can even be band from keeping dogs for life, this shows the uk thinking, that no one bread in its self is always dangerous, but in the hands of the wrong person they can all be dangerous, when you look at the reason attacks by dogs in the uk ,the one bread that has bin involved in more attacks is the golden retriever/lab, which most see as the genital seeing eye dog not a viscus dog, its time we all stop blaming the bread and start blaming the owners
