These pictures where taken in Canmore, a week before the floods pretty much wiped out the town. At this point the Cougar Creek, which rose so high it literally washed houses away, was bone dry. Not a drop of water in it. And no, he is not a Presa, among other things the parameters of his head are VERY different from a PC. To just point out one, Presa's have parallel planes no convergence.
