9 week cane corso playing? or aggression?

Hello I recently purchased Atlas at 9 week old cane corso puppy. Before I purchased him I did alot of reseach about the breed and have experience with many german shepards. That being said when I brought him home 2 weeks ago he was loving calm and a little nippy which im aware is normal but recently hes been latching on to pants and anything else that he can get and not letting go. At first the leavenit command worknjust due to tone but as time went by he got more bold I want to know im destroying his personality by adressing this in correctly?

Prey drive-- which is a good thing if you want a true to the breed cc. You have to find an outlet to this drive so he can release it at the correct times.

I'm assuming you got a cane corso for protection? If so do not correct this behavior redirect this to a toy or something you want him to pull and tug on.

This is not a behavioral issue it's a training issue he's frustrated because he has this little voice in his head telling him he needs to chase and bite something and he is not able to do so. If you don't give him an outlet to the stress it will become a behavioral issue and with this everything you don't want in a cc
