first post to this site , unfortunately its pretty late and signing off shortly. Just took my male CC to the pet store to get food and get weighed . he's 98lbs at 6 1/2 months old. Sounds like a very big boy? any thoughts ? Funny part is some people actually say he looks a little slim. he is not but he does carry his weight very well . Looks great , Not fat at all. Eats 3 cups in the am and 3 cups in pm of TOTW Pacific Stream. Devours his food and would eat more if I gave him more but don't want to overfeed.

My Corso pup a week ago was weighed at the Vets and to my amazement he was 83lbs at 5 months and a week. Im also feeding TOTW and he's eating around 6 cups a day and pushing towards 6 1/2 because he sometimes wakes up in the morning and throws up bile from being hungry. I was also worried about weight but when looking at him I can see his back 2 ribs so he might just be a very thick, heavy boned Corso. Here's a picture so you can relate. I also think a picture of your pup would be nice to see!Luka 22 weeks.jpg
(I do not by any means know how to stack a dog haha please don't judge my attempts!!)

He is not fat, but definitely has bone! ChristinePhill what kennel did he come from or do you know his lines? Nice boy :) I wouldn't worry too much about the # on the scale, just keep them lean and healthy and they will grow how their genetics have determined :)

hi I posted a pic below from a month ago at 5 1/2 mos. hard to find time on line during week . will try to post more pics over w/e. I will probably increase him by 1/2 cup. I know he will devour it. I do get a lot of compliments on his look and his coat. The TOTW salmon seems to be good for him . hes also a great dog, smart , friendly and very well behaved!

hi came from Serafina. mom was serafina and dad Castleguard. Grandfather was De Dauni Conan. Mom was about 118 and dad about 125. Judging on how he is growing , my thought is that he'll likely get to around 140. we have 25 years of experience with Danes but this is our first CC. he's a great dog.

Welcome. He looks like a big boy. Our budkus is a big lad he still only eats 4 cups a day but hes never ate large ammounts. Your pups beautiful.

My 4 month old girl has some catching up to do, only 32 pounds! Might switch her food to taste of the wild, seems to be popular around here and she is kind of a picky eater. Is taste of the wild much better than Blue buffalo?

Very beautiful dog. Has me wondering how big my boy is going to get. He's going in 13 weeks at 24lbs. He had a bout if hook worm and another parasite. He's doing much better and putting the weight back on.

I think Earthborn is better than both of those. No recalls.
