Lincoln's Growth Chart

Yeah, I just sit on the floor and have him stand as straight as possible right in front of me. I find the top of his shoulder blades (base of the neck) and use my hand to mark on the wall behind him where his shoulders are. I let him walk away and measure to the spot on wall.

Basically straight up from his legs.

Wow! He's beautiful!!! I'm a little jealous! Maybe it's cuz our little princess is a girl, but at 10 weeks, she was only 22.4 pounds! Is it because she's a she? I wonder if she'll catch up. He sure is beautiful! I'll be paying close attention to your posts! Here's a pic of our Bea at 9 weeks:

Females will tend to be smaller than males. Your pup looks great & 22 lbs for 10 weeks is a nice size. My pup was only 16 lbs at 10 weeks. And my first EM weighed 16 lbs too at 10 weeks. She grew up to be 138 at her heaviest. My pup now is 8 months & only 80 lbs. I chalk that up to her being a slow grower. Of course she'll never catch up to Lincoln!! ;)

At least he's got some height to him. He sure is getting big. D is stuck at 26. Hell she made herself 6 inches tall today when I discovered what she chewed while I was gone for 10 minutes. I didn't even yell or anything. She just knew.

I love your chart! Cruiser will be 8 months on Friday. Sat he weighed in at 118, standing 32 inches tall at the withers!

Lincoln is super handsome and Bea is a georgous girl!

Sissie, keep in mind that all dogs grow differently. My current pup is long and lean, my last was short and stocky. My first was low in weight until after 1yr, then began rapidly gaining until age 3. Female EM's are typically smaller and more narrow then males. I don't know much about their growth rates because I've only had boys!
