Your Idea of Fun?

Yup. That's the question: what's your idea of fun? What do you do to unwind, what makes you feel good, laugh, what gives you a feeling of accomplishment (that you can talk about publicly ;) ?

Nope; but that is some advertising!
Sounds neat; I like beer now; as long as it has a different taste. My only other drinks I like are Crown Royal and Coke and Tequila and Ice Tea (canadian ice tea)

The first beer I ever encountered that I liked was Negra Modelo. Nothing better on a hot summer day ;) Blue Moon is pretty good, and Fat Tire. So is 1554.

I might actually be able to get ABA now...the guy in charge of the brewery is an arrogant bastard and refused to ship to Kansas for whatever reason.

I'm an "educational alcoholic" meaning I love to sit around, drink and talk/learn about it. I'm currently exploring the wonderful wide world of Single Malt Scotch. :D

Renee, dunno if you can get it out there yet as it's a smaller brewery, but you should try ODell's 90 Schilling and Cutthroat Porter. The 90 is similar style to Fat Tire, but with a little more body to it. The Cutthroat is just good porter. This brewery is literally a hop, skip and a jump down the road from New Belgium; I was just there the other week. Oooh, for NB, try the Abbey Ale if you can find it, that's probably my favorite.

Schlafly from St. Louis makes some darn good brews, but they're still very small and very local, making it a PITA to find.

See what I mean about drinking...

Other hobbies include photography and hiking and just general chit-chat with dog people. Hence the numerous forums I belong to.

My idea of fun...hmmm...

I'm actually a pretty boring person and spend most of my free time with my dogs or on the internet browsing here and there. I find both to be very relaxing.

I love to play computer games. When Sims 3 comes out soon, I'll probably be pretty scarce on the forums...lol

I enjoy reading but haven't read anything in awhile.

I really like playing around with Gimp...lol As a result, my signatures change constantly...lol

I'm having a hard time thinking of anything else...I didn't realize just how boring I really am...LOL

Anything outdoors and with the dogs is my idea of a nice time. Photography, hiking, camping, ect.

Give me a lake, a couple hiking trails, a good friend or two, and of course my dogs and you will have a happy Sydney lol.

Ideas of fun,
Getting together with doggie friends and kids and heading out for walks/hikes/camping.
BBQ's in the yard with friends and family.
Just hanging out at home with my husband, step daughters, son and our dogs, playing, watching movies...spending time with those who matter the most.
Taking my Corso to the seniors hospice to do her bi-weekly therapy visits.
Working and training with my dog / watching my son work and train with her :D
Competing and training to compete/test with my dog, be it conformation, temperament testing and now we are starting Rally, also will hopefully do some carting this summer.
Learning about Corso on forums, chatting with friends on line.

Donna arrived home from work early one day and found her husband, Glen, in bed with another woman. "That's it!" she shouted, "I'm leaving and I'm not coming back!"

"Wait honey," Glen pleaded, "Can't you at least let me explain?"

"Fine, let's hear your story," Donna replied.

"Well, I was driving home when I saw this poor young lady sitting at the side of the road, barefoot, torn clothes, covered in mud and sobbing," explained Glen.

"I don't worry about terrorism. I was married for two years."

"There's a way of transferring funds that is even faster than electronic banking. It's called marriage."

"I've had bad luck with both my wives. The first one left me and the second one didn't."

Two secrets to keep your marriage brimming
1. Whenever you're wrong, admit it,
2. Whenever you're right, shut up.
