Word for the New Year

At work we are pushed to have a "word" for the new year. We're supposed to use it through out the year in a positive manner. Last year my word was forward, this year it is greatfull.

I'm pretty blount and not extremely peppy, not a morning person and my co-workers word was FAB-U-L-OUS! EEEEEkkkk! I swear she tried to kill me with that word! This year, I am trying to be a little more tolerant, patient, and not so snippy in the am!ray:

I would say my word is content. Instead of instantly looking for the bad in every situation, I'd like to be more content with the way things are & make myself remember that everything happens for a reason.
