im not in the sport itself but i do have my males corso do some low weight pulling around open fields i also dont know to much on the sport either but what can tell is it isnt for all mastiff (hint my great dane :lolbangtable n goes pretty well with working breed n is by far better with dogs that have drive
At 5 months, swimming would be a much better conditioning exercise than doing any weight pulling. The only weight pull training you should at that age would be to get her used to a harness and let her pull around empty gallon milk jugs with gravel in them to acclimate her to the noise of so something behind her. Weight pulling is not a sport you should jump into without doing some research and without an experienced mentor.

thanks alot i have my girl climbing up n down the stairs with me (2 floor house lol) n have a rope tie to a 1 gallon botton with sand in it n she pullings it around r carries it n i have play fetch with me alot n sometimes i have her chase leaser lights i do want to her to pull weights but not until 9-10 mons n not crazy weight either
