  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

Mine love plastic water bottles and 2lt bottles. They just tear them up so fast that it becomes a short treat hah.

Hank does love popping basketballs, and eating them piece by piece. I usually confiscate them when they start getting consumed. Anything with a squeaker is off limits. Hank whines and cries constantly when squishing them, not sure if its fun for him or if he's upset.

The crochet balls. Are they essentially one big huge knot? Do they last very long? IF they are worth the effort I might honestly try it. Hank, hank , hank... He's the pickie one. Roxy not old enough to get eccentric yet I guess.

Crochet balls are not one huge knot. My dog rarely kills his toys so it lasts forever and will be around forever. If the dog works to destuff it or chew it to pieces, then it will happen pretty fast. I can make ones without stuffing, with stuffing w/squeakers, or just ones with stuffing. It's more durable than I had thought, but I don't have heavy chewers. Let me know what you prefer and I'll make one up.

Since everyone is a fan of the jolly ball, I might as well join the party. This was a gift from secret santa from mastiff forum 2 yrs ago???

Is the jolly ball an indoor-friendly toy too? I'm afraid of it getting swung around by the little handle and breaking things indoors, which is why I've held off on getting one despite the great reviews.

Not an indoor toy for Miss Lou-Lou. She's put it though a wall the way she flings it around.

Anything with stuffing is dead in less than 5 minutes around here. Tony doesn't really chase or play with balls. He will "hang out" with them... aka carry them to his bed and sit with them beside him. Got him a Jolly Ball, won't touch it. The only exception is this rope ball. I found it at the local market and Tony loves it! He will run around with the handle in his mouth and shake shake shake it. It is the only toy he really plays with... others he just destroys or hangs out with.

I had the 8" jolly ball with a rope in my Amazon shopping cart, but now I think I'll have to remove it. It sounds like a wrecking ball! Outdoor only toy--got it!

Anything new is the best. But then, he will take turns pulling his older toys out of his bin and plays with each in turn. If only he could get them all in his mouth at once...

Definitely still get it, but just don't bring it inside! So much fun.

I def wouldnt think the jolly ball would be safe for indoors. But a Mastiff playing indoors isn't all that safe in itself lol. I imagine Hank could do just as much damage with his butt as with that ball.
Hector you don't have to go through the trouble to make and send my pups a toy that's a very generous offer though thanks.

This West Paw Design tug of war toy is a favorite. It's made of a durable rubber (he's a hard puller) and doesn't give me rope burn when I play with him. I think it was around $15 on Amazon.

Sadness...I found this at the local PetValu today. I think it would survive the mastiff, but the terrier would kill it. Between her power jaws and his little razor blade teeth, I swear we have the best beta testing team for indestructible dog toys on the planet. If it can make it here, it can make it anywhere. Time to resurrect the crochet hooks.

Aww! Well they do have a guarantee on their toys if it can't withstand the terrier teeth. If the toy breaks or rips, they'll replace it for free.

Awww! So sweet! Great pic! The big Kongs fall prey to the little terrier as he can fit his little jaw inside the hole and Nom, Nom, Nom...dead Kong. Large and extreme, rather than extra-large and even extreme or nope, nope, nope, nope.
