Hi
There are a lot of ramous available on the internet.

The problem with any ramp (in my humble opinion) is that you need a fairly long ramp to make up the height - unless the ramp is to be steep.
Obviously the more steep, the more the dog is likely to slip.
My dog has had CCL problems and rather than get a ramp, I just made up a double step from some ply and 2*6" timber for the sides.
If you make a "box" structure, its surprising how light it can be.
It does take up a bit more room the the back - but I only carry mine in the van when the dog is coming along anyway.
Good luck with it either way.

Pick her up and lift her in. in a few months she will be jumping up no issues, just make sure to assist for her jump outs. I have trained mine to step down from the SUV but that truck is higher. Get 3 or so wood shipping pallets and make your own custom ramp.

Is this for the back seat or the bed of the truck?

Denna rides in the back seat, and just climbs up using the running boards.
Jumping out is much more problematic, and she just drops out, flat on her front legs... but she does it slow? Still... lots of impact, so I'm glad we don't do it daily - sometimes not even weekly. Putting down a landing pad (foam or pillow of some sort) would probably be a good idea.

Are you looking to load her in the bed of the truck or in the back seat?
If back seat I have amp research running boards that fold out a do drop down.
This alows Zoey to step in like going up stairs, she has weakness in her rear end
Due to her Addison's disease.
She steps up and steps down.
Abby just leaps in and out.
