Got 2 collars done. Working on the blue one today. Local hardware was out of the clasps so I ordered some online last week.

Thanks. Just finished the blue one and am cleaning up the stinger. Will throw a stinger together for the green and take more pics. I hope the clasps come quickly I ordered 1 inch ones instead of the 3/4 I usually get.

Nice. Is that a four strand round braid for the stingers?

Round diamond braid, tied off with a half square whip. The green one has a button knot on the end too.

What exactly is the "stinger" for? A quick guide instead of having the leash attached?

People like to call them a control tab. First one I made was on a collar I named Black Widow and it reminded me of the spinnerets of a spider but my mind went with stinger.
This one, it is one of my favorite collars.

This is about 1.5 inches. I won't make another slip collar like this though but will make martingales.

I have some and purplish pink now and pure pink. Combined they would look great.

Kris, the hardware came in and they screwed up the order. They sent 3 small solid brass clasps and I had also ordered some larger solid brass and they sent 2 nickel plated solid brass. So I found another source on amazon and am having them fast ship it to me.
