So cute!, What is his name? Unless I miss read your post, you are taking him to puppy classes next week? I would wait until he has at least 2 rounds of vacc before taking him around other pups.

Glad I did miss read that, Titan is adorable! Love the brindle!
Thanks! He was the only fawn brindle..all the others were more of a red brindle. We love how he is unique :)

Titan is just too adorable for words! How's your greyhound handling Titan?
Thanks! Our Greyhound is doing okay, being a baby about it sometime though lol. On the first day they sniffed a bit and our greyhound got a little excited and started runnning around the yard real fast. I think it scared Titan. But our greyhound did a little pounce towards titan and he did a loud whine and rolled over. Ever since they mostly ignored each other but they will sniff. Now Titan is trying to get our greyhound to play and I don't think she knows what to do since he is so small right now lol. It's like our greyhound knows he is a bit fragile right now lol. But im sure when he is up and running more they will be great friends since our greyhound loves to run with other dogs. I will keep y'all updated with that though.

Great looking pup  o I miss spelt food and said foid lol
Oh! Lol. We are feeding Fromm dog food. Seems to be doing okay with the transition so far.

I will get some more pics up soon :)

Hey is so adorable. I absolutely love your Greyhound as well. It took Claymore a week to actually warm up to Betty and they were only 2 months apart. He was sort of a brat about it at first.

Well that is good to know..it seems our greyhound is becoming more tolerant as the days go on. She even tried to play with him outside but she was running so fast it scared him lol. he just sat there.

Sweet pics . Just some advice with Bullmastiffs is you don't need yell at them or wack them with a shovel lol the best way for them to learn is total CONSISTANCY from a young age just keep on top of them and teach them the word NO! In slightly firm voice each time you are correcting them and you will find like mine whenever I just say NO. They know lol it works for nearly everything apart from if they see another dog etc. They are very intelligent dogs but stubborn but CONSISTANCY straight up is the key . I've probably just told you stuff you already know but just thought to share incase . Also they are usually good off lead while small pup if your down the beach etc but from around 6 months or first heat etc you may want to only keep them on the lead always in public even socialised 1s . They really are a tuff ass dog and will not by stood over and it's not worth the risk of a bad mannered dog out in public to piss him off and you finding yourself and dog before the courts etc as bullmastiffs are a breed not taken lightly by authorities if they do find themselves in trouble even tho it most likely wasn't there fault etc . Again I love his look lol and awesome choice of dog .

Thanks for the advice! Yeah we are going to work with him to become a therapy dog and all that so hopefully nothing will ever happen but if something does and he is just defending himself maybe they will see he is a sweet therapy dog and the other dog probably is not lol.

What ways do you or did you correct your dog that you found worked while saying no?

Congrats on your new family member Titan!
Our bullmastiff has just turned 1, when we got her at 8 wks we began feeding her Fromm, while we thought the quality of food was great, however, as others posted indeed it did give her very loose stools and lots of gas.
We had to eventually switch to a grain-free seafood strict diet (taste of the wild pacific stream- puppy) and currently still use the taste if the wild brand.
Good luck :)

Small update: Titan is doing great! He is going to the back door when he needs to go out..95% of the time lol. He has been meeting many new people and dogs. He knows how to sit and wait for his food. He walks well on the leash. He is a really good dog. The main thing were working on now is the mouthing our skin. Sometimes it really hurts.
