So I thought I would start this up.

My goal is 60 pounds for 2013. Anyone else want to join and give weekly weigh ins. I think there is a really good site you can use for weight loss tracking, just need to find it again.

I'm in... I have to get this baby weight off before I am in a wedding in May so I would like 20 or so gone.

I have been slack lately but was using my fitness pal as it lets me see how many calories I am taking in roughly as well as allowing me to put in my weigh ins and stuff. It also apparently has an iphone app which I haven't gotten yet as I don't have an iphone :)

I'm so in!! I would like to lose 35 lbs. one app that I use on my iPhone is My Fitness Pal. That helped me a lot this year so I'll probably use that again. It helps to track every single thing you eat & it makes you not want to eat unhealthy when you see how it effects you.

I am in! I would like to lose 15-20 bls also.
I likethe My Fitness Pal on my Droid. I used it before and it worked, then I started eating carbs and not working out.

Yeah Im in. I want to lose A. Lot. Have gained so much since I started working from home it's depressing.

I just did my first workout in several months. I knew I was out of shape but I didn't expect to be this sore.

According to a BMI calculator I need to lose 70 lbs to be "normal", if I lose 40-60 I'll be overweight, I'm currently obese. At what they say I need to weigh I'm too thin and I'll never get there. I'd be happy to lose 50 and be "overweight" but in the 51st percentile for my age group. :)

This is the sight I used. http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/bmi.htm I have my fitness pal on my iphone and I like it. It gives you a very graphic representation of what goes into your mouth and the impact of exercise.

I'm starting on January 7th. Bc it's a Monday & yeah...I'm lazy. Plus I got some candy for Christmas in my stocking so we all know you can't waste candy. Lol

I'm on day 2 of Insanity and I can barely move my legs. This sucks!

Did the insanity and then I got bored lol! But it was tough when I first did it I barely survived the fit test. :D

Sensible eating waiting for my supplies to arrive so I can really go native with the foods.

I'm in .....I hate this number but I need to drop 20lbs! After Buddy died, I got really lazy with exercising! And I have no excuses! I live on a Farm, have horses ...riding is great exercise! And a home gym that is covered in spiderwebs, and a trail in our back 40 for hiking. Just need to get off of my lazy hiney and do it!
