We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

New crate

It’s time....our girl, Lettie, has outgrown her crate o_O. We thought the one we bought when she was a puppy would be big enough for her when she grew up, but I’m sure she’s not done growing and it’s just too little to be comfortable. So I’m reaching out to all of you. She doesn’t destroy crates so it doesn’t have to be crazy heavy duty. And we have a very small house so we don’t want something insanely huge either. Any suggestions? This is the one we have now: 7AA61AE2-0356-4170-A14B-D3181DA382E1.jpeg

913E7205-FF26-4994-8B37-27B413CDEA71.jpeg Same issue here! We "fixed" by buying the next size, which is 54 inches long. It‘s actually huge, but he was getting way too big for the 48 inches version. There might be something inbetween, but I haven‘t found anything yet. See above for picture (it takes up a lot of space in the living room). However, it‘s very stable and only cost me $99 at Chewy.

We have the biggest size they make too, and it makes moving my living room around impossible. What about an airline crate? It would be huge too, but somehow they seem less conspicuous than the wire crates.

That's the crate we have too. I decorate it at Christmas time. I figure since it takes up so much of my living space I may as well make it festive for the holidays. We use two couch cushions in the bottom. I tried a crib mattress, but it was too small and Ella kept ending up falling off the sides. It's so funny when all three boxers go in - Roy, Al, and Otis. There's room for about four more of them.

Wow! Thanks for getting in it. It really shows how huge it is!

Is she loving it? I could just see her rolling around in it :)

Wow I can just imagine a boxer party in there haha! Right now we just have her old 48inch crate pad in there. We will order a 54inch crate pad and send the old one to Matts parents house for when she’s there. We order all beds and crate pads from k9ballistics.com. They haven’t failed us yet.

So far I think she really does like it. Now she can stretch out and fully sit up. I know I love it :p I would totally sleep in there with her lol.
