Wow there will be problems with that... there is so much abuse like the lady stated that can come from that... mugshot for dogs? Silly....whats next paw printing give me a break and pitbuls are still banned......

At least the law is not breed specific, and makes owners accountable for their dogs' actions. If this works then maybe - MAYBE - that BSL against pits will be repealed in the future.
