This has been my only means of exercise over the last four or five years. Keeps both me and my Corso happy, healthy and muscular. He stays ripped year round that part I could use a little work on lol.

Denna and I do similar "exercises" in the yard - I find a rope works better than the ball though - easier for me to grip, and less chance of her going for the item and hitting hand instead of toy!
