hi i'm doing a canine care, training and management course and for our second assignment we have been asked to plan a nutritionally balance raw diet and a health commercial diet for the dog of our choice from puppy to adulthood. i'm doing fine with the nutritionally balanced part i just need to know roughly how much a Tibetan mastiff puppy weighs at 8 weeks and roughly how old it is when its reached half of its adult weight! please please help meeeee! xxxx

If no one else answers you, I'm guessing 15-20 lbs at 8 weeks and probably about six months at half it's adult weight, but I could certainly be wrong. There are some TM owners on here that should be able to give you better numbers.

We have a few TM owners here who can answer better but I think Echo is close with 15lb range and I would guess around 70lbs at 6 months. Maybe you could post your diet plan here when you get done? We have alot of poeple here feeding raw and get alot of questions regarding the matter so it would be interesting to see what you come up with in your research. Assuming you make a passing grade on it.. lol Welcome

thank you guys :) the numbers don't have to be dead on, its meant to be a rough guide. haha i definitely will post, if i get a good grade. it seems that there is a lot of varied opinions on the matter. so im just using the look to nature method and taking into account the food supplies that they where breed on with the nomads of ancient central Asia and the environment ect. its tricky though :) but thank you guys so much! xx
