No i have never been in your shoes, however i am a nurse and i do know that there are options. first CT needs to be read and if cancer, what kind it is, like.small cells or... Everyone is different so even if someone did go thru this the way you might react to treatment may be very different, but it might give you a bit more knowledge on some things.
