I got Hector a noxgear led light vest. I think it's really cool. Lots of modes and colors. I have to admit, I was blinded a bit after we were done taking it for a test run. Oh and the real exciting news was that we saw 2 skateboarders zip by about, oh idk, 50 ft away with no major reaction other than spotting them. Not sure if it was due to the darkness or actually a change in his reaction to the trigger, but it was a good moment. Nice, that is really bright! I need to order something, it's so dark so early now... I was thinking about the collars for the dog and some little clip on lights for me.

Yeah, I'm really excited about taking him on a walk when I get off of night shift which is 6 am or even day shift which is 6 pm when it's so dark out! I got a neck light for myself. Cars even slowed down when they saw him flashing.

Man...that's the problem with winter...too much darkness. Problem with summer...have to walk the dogs between 430/5 so the pavement isn't scorching. Love the vest.
