intro to hogs

Prince is 5 months now and I was wondering when is a good time to introduce him to hogs? I know it has to be in him to be a hunter so what do you guys look for in a pup thats a possible prospect?

Welcome aboard to you and Prince! FixitLouie is the one dogo owner that hunts hogs, hopefully he'll come on the forum soon to give you some tips. Price is adorable!

The one thing I can say for sure is that if you don't have any experience hunting this way...find someone who does hunt Dogos to guide you. You really can't hunt very effectively with a lone Dogo, there are exceptions, but in general...you need two or three types of dogs; bay dogs, call dogs, and catch dogs...Dogos are the later.

Thanks el gato appreciate the input. Ive done some research on the hunting aspect so im definitely looking for assistance in hunting the only thing is that the guy I was suppose to work with basically wanted over 100 bucks just to watch lol.
