I'm so sorry you've had this experience! I unfortunately have had to make this decision and just thinking about it makes my eyes tear up & my heart ache! It was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life and I am still not over it. For months after, I heard Rollie's paws clicking down the hall. I am happy you had her, love her and gave her a good life. I always tell people to love on their friends (dogs) daily, because you never know.......

I am so sorry for your loss. I had to say goodbye to my old Great Pyrenees in August. It was heartbreaking but what helped me was knowing I did what was best for my old girl not what was easier for me. Gaia had DM. In your case I am sure it's much harder since it was so sudden. Again I am so sorry for your loss.
