I lost Dora today

Dora was a beautiful black and white pit bull. She was a great dog. Because she was kept in a cage for about 4 months, she became aggressive towards other dogs. When I worked with her, she would bark at other dogs but her tail would wag.

They put her to sleep today. I didn't even get to say good bye. I went into the shelter this morning to see her because she is one of my fav dogs at the shelter.

I lost it when they told me...

Dora is now running in the fields with other babies...

Miss you, Dora! You'll always have a special place in my heart!

I'm so sorry Deb, so heart breaking but at least Dora knew love from the time she got to spend with you. I just feel that is so important and the time that you spend with these babies is truly special and priceless.
