IMG_0044.JPG 7 weeks 11.1 lbs She is a good girl, good at entertaining herself with toys. Only cried for 10-15 minutes every time I put her back in her crate overnight. Took her out every two hours to potty. Starting to look up at her name but not consistent yet.

Ollie my 6 month old bull mastiff, we're new here and would like to thank everyone who has given us some great advice!!!

Thanks dpenning that was taken during one of his first training sessions with his ecollar. I love the vibrate setting. It works great with him especially when he gets pre occupied with something

And doesn't hear or doesn't want to hear a recall command. I hit the button and the collar vibrates like a cell phone and he comes running. It has 100 levels of vibrate , sound or shock. I don't use the shock setting on him but the sound and vibrate are great tools for off leash commands. No more yelling to get his attention if I want him to heal. I work with him with and without the collar to make sure it doesn't become necessary and he remembers the vocal and hand commands but it is comforting to know that with the collar I can get his attention and take control from a distance. Especially when other dogs or people come around.

Imho the shock setting would be a last resort used only when he is about to get himself or someone else hurt. Running towards a street for example. But I have to say the collar was the best $45 I ever spent "Amazon". Best of luck to you and your pup.

My Emma is a genius. ;) Yesterday at 7 weeks and 4 days she mastered going UP the steps, today she mastered going down! YAY for not having to carry her out to potty 18 times a day. :)

Good job on the stairs. I carried Max until he was nearly fifty pounds! He got hurt falling, and it took a long time to convince him to do stairs again...By the time he could do it again, I needed the chiropractor!

LOL! I still carry her down the steps when we mean business but it is cute to see that she can. Unfortunately she goes up the stairs before I'm ready for her to... meaning she has not finished her business yet but hey, she is not even 8 weeks yet. :) For a little bitty thing she sure pees and poops a LOT. :|

Yep! She is gaining speed, no longer timid. She is having a stool issue, it is getting progressively looser. I just started her on pumpkin with tonight's kibble, hopefully that will resolve whatever her issue is.
