Dollhouse Minis

I always wanted a really great dollhouse. Well, second childhood hit, kids grown, so I bought a huge 1" = 1', 3 story, Victorian. Found web sites and videos on how make stuff, run electric and finish the house. The dining room is now a craft room. Having a grand old time and spending quality time with grandkid. So far I can't get the daughter, only one, or any of the boys interested in it.

I love looking at dollhouses like that. I wouldn't ever own one, though. I'm just not that girly. :p

Do you have pics?

When I was a little girl I wanted to be doll house sized and live in a doll house....now what does that tell you! :razzberry:

My mom made me one when I was little- I loved it, I can still remember how it smelled. So much fun! It was a huge one too.

This is the one I got- http://www.laserdollhouses.com/dollhouse-kits-for-sale.php#!/~/product/category=2495249&id=23141789 and it's in the 'oh what did I do' stage. First floor is about to be primed and has basic electric tape wiring. Second floor is perched up there till I get the first floor done enough to finish it. Have one set of spiral stairs, bay area windows painted. Have to get the paint, paper, windows and floor done to put in steps. So I have the a partial shell, mess and a great idea on my dining room table. LOL

That's very pretty! Maybe someday if I have a granddaughter I could do something like that for her. In all honestly though, Franklin has more creativity that I do. ;)
