Do you sell your stuff when you get out of a hobby?

I don't know if you knit or crochet, but here's a great site to sign up for if you do. raverly.com
Totally agree with the you might find a use for stuff. I can let appliances go in a heartbeat :p. It's the crafty stuff and tools like chuck mentioned (nuts, bolts, screws, hinges, etc) that are hard to let go

I haven't had a lot of hobbies, but the ones I've had I've held onto to the stuff. If I run out of room, I'll consider it, but until then my Star Wars lego collection is staying in boxes in the garage.

Alright made this - stuffed it with a squeaker in a sock tied in a knot and two other don't want no more socks.

He's storming around the house squeaking it. I think he likes stinky toes

Being somewhat OCD when I go into a hobby I'm all in, but when I'm done, I need to get it gone. I've wasted sooooooo much money that way. The most recent money pit hobby was marine aquariums. My first saltwater tank was a 110 gallon reef. I did that for about 4 years. Just recently sold it all for $500, easily a few grand worth of equipment. Just wanted it gone. Usually I just find someone who would use whatever it is and give it away.

I hear you. You spend so much money and when you're done, you don't get nearly half of what you put in. Good thing I've only got yarn to deal with lol

Heres why I dont throw things out. We got mason a buggy for his B day on the 5th. He's 4 o it's way to big. I made seat rail extensions and raised it an inch. So where it did have 3in forward adjustment and none back, it now has 7in forward and 7 back.

We then found that even moved up, he could not reach the peddles. What to do what to do?

It took 13 peaces from diffrent things, including bed frame to make. At zero cost to me. I saved alot of money over having someone do this for me let alone the material cost. You'll see some funky mis matched crap. Then gray sand blasted then painted and installed

Can kids be considered a hobby? If so I would DEFINITELY sell them. :)
