ddb french mastiff size?

i have a female ddb that is 8 months and weighs 65 lbs. is that normal for an 8 month old ddb? im thinking she is kinda small. i knw that they are the smallest mastiff but just wondering. What do you think?

That is small for that age. My female weighed about 65 lbs when she was about 6 months old or so and by 10 months she weighed about 90-95 lbs. Do you have any pics of her you could share?

Peacelilyrae is right, that is a bit small for that age. My puppy Simba is 5 months and 62 pounds. What kind of food do you feed her?

My pups cousin at 6 months old was about 70 lbs

I have a beautiful ddb male that turns 7 months tomorrow and he is 85 lbs. I would think yours is a little small but not by much for a female.

I have a female DDB that turns 13 months today. At 6 months she was 65 pounds. At 8 months she was 80 pounds. She is now 88 pounds and has been at that weight for the last 2 months.

Don't get too hung up on puppy weights. You do not want a mastiff to grow too fast. They will eventually reach their genetic size, often i have seen people get hung up on how much their dog weighs and tend to over feed.

Yea a little small my male is14 months at130 lbs

Titan is a small mastiff. He'll be 3 yrs old next month and he weighs 115 lbs. I wouldn't worry about the puppy's weight as long as they are eating and healthy.

Jemma will be 3 years old in November and she only weighs 85 lbs, sometimes you just get a small one.

My female dog is 5 months just about to turn 6 months this Nov 23rd and she weighs 53lbs. I feel like she's so small.
