I think so... I think he deserves to be considered for "Puppy of the month" =) (Not just saying that cause he's mine, but okay maybe kind of) What do ya think!?

his ears are just beautiful, pls don't crop them! :)

Gorgeous boy!

Something to consider.....

We did not crop and now my boy constantly was woulds on the tips of his ears due to the force with which he shakes his head. The impact of his ears hitting his face split the tips of his ear and if it is bad, blood flies everywhere. He constantly has band aids on the tips for the last few months. Just when I think they have healed he splits them open again.

Wow, poor baby. Well even if I decided to crop them at this point, I believe it's too late? I heard from a bird that you can't do it after a certain age... which I don't completely understand.

The age limit has to do with pain memory. They cannot remember it before a certain age. ...It may not hurt in the same way either, or at least the way pain is processed is different.

5 months is a little old. Blood vessels develop and the cartilage develops so a proper upright crop may not form.

The same thing is happening with my girl, she got a little cut on the tip of one ear from playing about 4 months ago and on the other one an allergy popped up 2 months ago. Now every time she shakes her head the wounds open up and the blood goes everywhere, also at the base of the ear on top of the head is perpetually stained red from the tip of the ear on the opposite side hitting it so it looks like she is bleeding on the top of her head.
